This morning we ventured to one of the local swim schools for Stella's first swimming lesson. While she loves her bath and clam pool, she is usually only in a few centimetres of water so we weren't sure how she would react to a pool (as well as 8 or so other kiddies). We needn't have worried, we are starting to figure out that as long as there are other kids around to stare at, Stella is pretty content. She was a bit scratchy so the mitts went on early in the lesson but that didn't stop her having a great time, especially on the kick board.
