Funny Face

After endless weeks of us all having coughs and colds, we seem to be on the mend. We ventured out to the Zoo this morning and had a great visit. Stella understands more about smiling for the camera and now sometimes screws up her nose and pulls a 'funny face' when we ask her to. In spite of all the big animals, she was enthralled by the baby chicks running around Pridelands today. Hippos are still a favourite and we have to spend a lot of time watching them come up and go back down into the water.

The last shot shows Stella in her butterfly costume from Poppa and Grandma Cindy, it has taken a couple of months to get her into it but she loves taking it off and on, raising her arms above her head and twirling "like a ballerina".
